Today we started to talk about place value in math and did some activities after watching a short video about how there can only be a single digit in each place before regrouping.
The class is still enjoying listening to me read The Year of Billy Miller and have thoughtful insights during the discussion after each chapter.
We are starting to learn about Alberta and drew the provincial flag, bird and flower. Ask your child to tell you about them.

Thursday, October 10th is an Early Dismissal Day. All students will be released at 12:00 pm.
· Please note AM Kindergarten will be attending from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Friday, October 11th is a Professional Day and there will be No School for all students.
Monday, October 14th is Thanksgiving Monday and there will be No School for all students.
